Preparation:
Pour Tequila into a Snifter glass

El Viejo Joven

El Viejo Joven

Ingredients: 3 oz Embajador Supreme Añejo
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
1-2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Brandied Cherry
1 Orange Peel
1 Large Ice Cube/ Sphere
Preparation: In an Old Fashion glass, lightly muddle the agave nectar, bitters and orange peel
Make sure to express orange peel oil into the glass
Add large ice cube, add the Tequila and stir gently (about 30 sec)

Garnish with Brandied Cherry
Chai Spiced Old Fashion

Chai Spiced Old Fashion

Ingredients:

2 oz Supreme Anejo

1.5 oz chai-spiced simple syrup

2 dashes angostura bitters

orange peel for garnish

Chai-Spiced Simple Syrup Ingredients:

1/2 cup water. / 1/2 cup white granulated sugar / 1 chai tea bag


Preparation:

Add Tequila, chai-spiced simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until the outside of the mixing glass begins to frost. Strain into a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. Express the orange peel over the drink and use as garnish.

Make Chai-Spiced Simple Syrup:

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove the string and any paper from the chai tea bag. Add chai tea bag and sugar to the saucepan. Bring heat to low and stir. Once sugar is dissolved, turn the heat off and let mixture cool. Once cooled, remove tea bag and store in a glass container for up to a week.

Preparation: Serve neat in a fluted glass ( preferable the Riedel Ouverture glass)

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Fresh Blackberry, Raspberry & Bluberry mix (pulsed) in a blender
2 oz Homemade Rosemary Simple Syrup
Preparation: Mix everything in a cocktail shaker (15 sec), strain and serve over ice. Garnish & Enjoy!

Ambassadors Cadillac Margarita

Ambassadors Cadillac Margarita

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Embajador Premium Reposado
1/4 cup Cointreau Liqueur
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Blue Agave Nectar
1 Cup of ice
Coarse Kosher Salt

Makes 2 servings or one large Ambassador size one

Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice (shake 15-20 sec) .
Prepare your Glass:
Moisten the rim of 2 Margarita glasses (or any glasses) with lime wedge
Sprinkle coarse kosher salt on a plate; dip rims in salt. Fill up glasses with fresh ice, strain and serve.
Garnish with a lime wedge & Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 whole guayana (seeds removed)
1 whole small mango
Blend guayaba and mango together

1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Homemade simple orange syrup
Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (15 sec)
Rim the glass with Tajin seasoning (optional)
Double strain and serve over ice

Chiki Mango Margarita

Chiki Mango Margarita

Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of fresh cut mango, cubed
1/2oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1oz- Triple sec
8oz- Coconut Water (365 coconut water brand used)
1oz- Embajador Platinum Blanco
1 cup of ice
Preparation: Scoop and place the ice cubes in a blender. Add mangos and pour the rest of the ingredients on top of the ice. Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture. Pour into a margarita style glass & garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Pitaya(Dragon Fruit) Refresher

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Premium Reposado
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Pitaya (dragon fruit) puree
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 oz Simple syrup
Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a shaker (15 sec). Salt the rim of the glass (optional)
Strain over ice.
Garnish & Enjoy!

Mint Lemonade Refresher

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
5 oz Lemonade
6 Mint leaves
3/4 oz Simple syrup
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 on Fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Add mint leaves to cocktail shaker then add all other ingredients and some ice.
Shake vigorously to chill and combine ingredients (25 sec)
Rim the glass with salt and serve into salted rim glass (strain if you prefer no mint leaves in the cocktail)
Garnish & Enjoy! (Garnish is dehydrated pineapple & lime)

El Pepino Jalisciense

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Supreme Añejo
5 oz Pureed cucumber without seeds
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Homemade Orange simple syrup
Splash of Club Soda
Preparation:
Mix together first 5 ingredients in a shaker (15-20 sec).
Strain and pour over ice into a Copper mug
( rocks glass works too)
Top off with a splash of Club soda and stir lightly
Garnish with lime wedge, cucumber & a mint leaf

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Embajador Platinum Tequila
5 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
2 oz. carrot juice from juicer
¾ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. Iconic Cocktail Co. Spiced Honey
¾ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. homemade rosemary simple syrup

Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice (20 sec shake).
Strain and serve over ice in a Chardonnay Wine style glass

Passion Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Premium Reposado
2 oz Passion fruit juice or Passion fruit puree
1 oz Simple syrup
1.5oz Fresh lime juice
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker (fill with ice) combine all ingredients.
Shake (15 seconds) and strain into a short glass.
Enjoy!

Phoenician Sunset

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 oz Aperol Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
Agave Nectar to taste
Preparation: Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain and pour into a Martini glass.
Garnish: orange peel

Ingredients: 2 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1.5 oz 100% cranberry juice (not cocktail juice)
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker (fill with ice) combine all ingredients and shake vigorously (15-20 sec)
Strain and pour into a Martini glass.

Fluffy's Chock-lit D'lite Martini

Fluffy's Chock-lit D'lite Martini

Ingredients: 1oz- Embajador Premium Tequila (Reposado)
1oz- Kahlua French Vanilla
2oz- Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1/2oz- Gran Gala liqueur
1oz- Irish cream
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate sprinkles
1 cup of Ice
Preparation: Step 1: Prepare a martini glass by rimming it with chocolate sprinkles. Place chocolate syrup & sprinkles into individual plates. Dip glass into syrup then dip into sprinkles to coat rim lightly & then swirl some chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.

Step 2: Fill up shaker with ice, add in all alcohol ingredients, cover & shake (15-20 sec). Strain and pour into martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings (optional).
Guava Breeze

Guava Breeze

Ingredients:
Muddle 5 mint leaves.
2 oz. Embajador Blanco tequila
3/4 oz. Lime juice
3/4 oz. Monin Guava syrup
Club Soda


Preparation:

Pour ingredients minus the club soda into shaker of muddled mint leaves . Shake with ice.
Strain into glass over new ice.
Top with club soda
Garnish with mint leaf.

Ingredients: 8oz- fresh watermelon juice
1/2oz- fresh squeezed lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
1 small Basil leaf
1oz- Embajador Platinum Blanco
1 cup of ice
Preparation: First blend your watermelon pieces and strain out the pulp to get the fresh juice. Scoop ice cubes into blender and add the lemon juice, zest & basil leaf. Then pour in watermelon juice and tequila. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish & Make a toast...

Sparkling Melon Limeade

Sparkling Melon Limeade

Ingredients: 1.5oz Embajador Tequila Platinum Blanco
1oz Monín Watermelon syrup
3-5 torn mint leaves to taste
3 lime wedges
Club Soda
Preparation: Muddle mint leaves and lime wedges
Pour all ingredients minus club soda into muddled shaker
Add Ice, hard shake and pour all into High Ball glass.

Top off with club soda

Garnish with a slice of watermelon and/or mint leaf.

Ingredients: 1/2oz- fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2oz- fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz- fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
8oz- fresh squeezed orange juice
1oz- Embajador Premium Reposado
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together in a shaker (15 sec). Strain and serve over ice. Garnish drink with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary twig.

Classic Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Tequila 5oz Fresh squeezed orange juice 3/4 oz. Cointreau Liqueur 3⁄4 oz. Fresh lime juice 3⁄4 oz. grenadine

Preparation:

Mix everything in a cocktail shaker with ice (15 sec shake) Strain and serve over ice (mason jar used) Garnish & Enjoy! (Garnish is a dehydrated orange and mint)

Whipped on Piña Colada

Ingredients: 1.5 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz 100% Pineapple Juice
3 oz Coconut Cream
3/4 Cup of Ice

Preparation: Blend all ingredients together with ice.
Dip rim of glass in honey and then rim with shredded coconut.
Strain blended drink into prepared glass and top of with whipped cream.
Garnish & Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
1/2 ounce Lillet Aperitif from France
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce homemade cucumber purée
Muddled strawberries
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds and pour into goblet glass.
Garnish: cucumber slice and strawberries
