Phoenician Sunset

Phoenician Sunset

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Splash of Agave Nectar to taste
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds and pour into a Martini glass.
Garnish: orange peel

Blushing Bride

Ingredients: 8oz- fresh watermelon juice
1/2oz- fresh squeezed lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
1 small Basil leaf
1oz- Embajador Platinum Blanco
1 cup of ice
Preparation: First blend your watermelon pieces and strain out the pulp to get the fresh juice. Scoop ice cubes into blender and add the lemon juice, zest & basil leaf. Then pour in watermelon juice and tequila. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Pour into a lowball glass and Garnish with a basil leaf. A toast... Desert Rose

Desert Rose

Ingredients:
1.5oz Embajador Premium Reposado
.5oz Giffard Pamplemouse liquor
.5oz Hibiscus syrup
.5oz Lime Juice
.5oz Cranberry juice
Ginger Beer
Preparation:
Put all ingredients minus the Ginger Beer into shaker
Hard shake and strain into a coupe glass or copper mule mug.
Top off with Ginger Beer.

Garnish with lemon peel and luxardo cherries

Ingredients: 2 ounces Embajador Supreme Anejo
1 large slow melting ice cube
Preparation: In a tumbler glass add ice cube and pour tequila.

Chico Reyes

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce agave syrup
Cup of ice
Preparation: Part 1:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
Part 2:
Add muddled grapefruit peel
Add 4 drops of saline solution (salt water)
Top off with Topo Chico Mineral Water
Spicy Desert Pear

The Royal

Ingredients:
2oz Embajador Premium Reposado
1oz fresh lime juice
1oz Monin Desert Pear syrup



Preparation:
Muddle 2 fresh jalepeno rings and 2 fresh basil leaves
Pour all ingredients into muddled shaker, add ice
Hard shake.
Strain into low ball glass over new ice.

Garnish with Jalapeño ring and Basil leaf.

Ingredients: 1 ounce Embajador Platinum Blanco
3/4 ounce yellow chartreuse
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce Mathilde liqueur cassis
Preparation: In a shaker add all ingredients and shake (15 seconds) pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: sugared blackberries
Vida Lillet

Viva Lillet

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
1/2 ounce Lillet Aperitif from France
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce homemade cucumber purée
Muddled strawberries
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds and pour into goblet glass.
Garnish: cucumber slice and strawberries
2 to Tango

Ingredients:
1.5oz Embajador Premium Reposado
.5oz Canton Di Ginger
.5oz Fresh Lemon juice
.75oz Monin Spicy Mango syrup
3 Dashes Rose Water
Preparation:
Put all ingredients into a shaker
Hard Shake and Strain into a Coupe glass

Garnish with Orange peel and a Strawberry

Chiki Mango

Chiki Mango

Ingredients:
Chiki Mango

1/2 a cup of fresh cut mango, cubed
1/2oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1oz- Triple sec
8oz- Coconut Water (365 coconut water brand used)
1oz- Embajador Platinum Blanco
1 cup of ice
Preparation: Scoop and place the ice cubes in a blender. Add mangos and pour the rest of the ingredients on top of the ice. Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture. Pour into a margarita style glass & garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Embajador Margarita

Embajador Margarita

Ingredients: 4 oz Embajador Premium Reposado
12 oz Dr Swami & Bone Daddy Top Shelf Margarita Mix
1.5 oz Gran Gala or Grand Imperial Orange Liqueur
Half a Fresh Lime (hand squeezed)
Preparation: In a large glass, pitcher or shaker add all ingredients (except lime juice) and mix. Salt the rim of a couple of margarita glasses or one large Ambassador size one, fill with ice and pour. Top off with the fresh squeeze lime juice and stir one last time. Enjoy this one with friends & family!
Guava Breeze

Ingredients:
Muddle 5 mint leaves.
2 oz. Embajador Blanco tequila
3/4 oz. Lime juice
3/4 oz. Monin Guava syrup
Club Soda


Preparation:

Pour ingredients minus the club soda into shaker of muddled mint leaves . Shake with ice.
Strain into glass over new ice.
Top with club soda
Garnish with mint leaf.

Sparkling Melon Limeade

Ingredients: 1.5oz Embajador Tequila Platinum Blanco
1oz Monín Watermelon syrup
3-5 torn mint leaves to taste
3 lime wedges
Club Soda
Preparation: Muddle mint leaves and lime wedges

Pour all ingredients minus club soda into muddled shaker

Add Ice, hard shake and pour all into High Ball glass.

Top off with club soda


Garnish with a slice of watermelon and/or mint leaf.


Passion Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Premium Reposado
2 ounces passion fruit juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker (fill with ice) combine all ingredients.
Shake (15 seconds) and strain into a short glass, garnish with a slice of lime.
El Cosmo

El Cosmo

Ingredients: 2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Cointreau or Gran Gala
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces 100% cranberry juice (not cocktail juice)
Preparation: In a cocktail shaker (fill with ice) combine all ingredients.
Shake & Strain into a Martini glass.

 The Red

The Red "Z"

Ingredients: 1 oz Embajador Platinum Blanco
4 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 Dash of Tabasco Sauce
1 Slice of Lemon (for garnish)
Preparation: In a shaker add 2/3 ice & combine all ingredients (except lemon slice) & shake (15sec). Rim an old fashion glass with salt (margarita salt works best). Pour entire contents into glass & garnish with a slice of lemon. Salud!

Ingredients: 1/2oz- fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2oz- fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz- fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
8oz- fresh squeezed orange juice
1oz- Embajador Premium Reposado
Preparation: In a shaker mix all ingredients. Fill up a lowball or highball glass with ice and pour over. Garnish drink with a grapefruit & orange peel. Ahh, So delicious & refreshing.... Enjoy!
Fluffy's Chock-lit D'lite

Fluffy's Chock-lit D'lite

Ingredients: 1oz- Embajador Premium Tequila (Reposado)
1oz- Kahlua French Vanilla
2oz- Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1/2oz- Gran Gala liqueur
1oz- Irish cream
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate sprinkles
1 cup of Ice
Preparation: Step 1: Prepare a lowball style glass by rimming it with chocolate sprinkles. Place chocolate syrup & sprinkles into individual plates. Dip glass into syrup then dip into sprinkles to coat rim lightly & then swirl some chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.

Step 2: Fill up shaker with ice, add in all alcohol ingredients, cover & shake (15sec). Pour with ice into prepared glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings (optional). Mmm..Mmm Mmm...DAMN that's good!
Sexy Red Head

Sexy Red Head

Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Embajador Platinum Blanco
4 ounces 7-Up soda
3 ounces cranberry juice
Preparation: In a highball glass add 2/3 of the glass with ice, add tequila and 7-Up. Slowly pour in the cranberry juice to achieve that sexy red head. At the end add the teaspoon of agave nectar and stir it. Cheers!
